Course Description
This qualification is designed for adult learners who work, or are interested to work in the human resources area, and want to expand their portfolio of approved HR qualifications.
This Award will teach all adult learners about the HR function and equip them with a holistic approach. After completing the course, the learner would have obtained a formal understanding of the HR the functions. As a result of the hands-on approach. Entry Requirements
Students registering for this course generally require qualifications at EQF/MQF level 4.
This can be in form of at least 3 O’ Levels and an Intermediate or an A’ Level, ideally related to Business Studies.
TrainingThreeSixty may choose to carry out a test on the English language (IELTS level 6) or IT skills to test the knowledge of applicants in the use of these skills
For students over 23 years of age, the maturity clause applies.
In this case, where academic qualifications are missing, prospective students would need to show competencies in English through a challenge exam, which will be provided by Training Three Sixty.
