Albert Cassar
(Head of School)
Albert Cassar has served as the Head of School at Trainingthreesixty since its establishment in 2022. With more than 30 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, public administration, and higher education, Albert brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and professional expertise to the institution.
Throughout his distinguished career, Albert has held both junior and senior leadership roles in Human Resources, specialising in recruitment, employment conditions, organisational development, and public policy. Following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Public Administration from the University of Malta in 1990, he joined the Management Systems Unit, where he played a key role in the reform and modernisation of Malta's Public Service. He subsequently spent over two decades in senior central management positions, contributing to strategic initiatives that shaped public sector governance and workforce development.
Albert is also an accomplished educator with many years of experience teaching management-related subjects at various higher education institutions. His academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Development, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Public Administration, and a Diploma in Adult Education, Training and Development, all awarded by the University of Malta.
A passionate advocate of lifelong learning, Albert firmly believes that education is the foundation for both personal and professional growth. Charlot Cauchi D'Anastasi (Adult Educator)

I am Charlot Cauchi D'Anastasi, a dedicated Adult Educator and professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Public Relations. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive expertise in payroll management, employee relations, people management, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and organisational transformation. My professional journey has been driven by a passion for fostering growth, managing change, and supporting both individuals and organisations in achieving their objectives.

I hold a Diploma in Industrial Relations (Social Studies), a Bachelor’s Degree in Work and Human Resources (Honours), a Diploma in Teaching Adults, Training and Development, and an Undergraduate Diploma at MQF Level 7 in Business Administration and Educational Leadership. This strong and diverse educational background has enabled me to combine practical HR knowledge with effective teaching, leadership, communication, and management skills.

As an educator, mentor, and leader, I am passionate about inspiring and empowering learners and professionals to reach their full potential. Victoria Kennaugh (Adult Educator)
Victoria Kennaugh – Human Resources & Workplace Relations Specialist
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I am passionate about
building fair, respectful, and productive workplaces where people can thrive.
My career began in the manufacturing sector, where I developed a strong foundation in employee relations, before moving into the education sector, where I continue to contribute to organisational development and leadership practices.
Throughout my career, I have actively represented employees as a union delegate, taking part in several collective bargaining processes. I have also held leadership roles at European level, serving as Vice Chair and Chair within the European Works Council and the European Employee Forum. These experiences, including work in Brussels and Strasbourg, have shaped my understanding of cross-cultural dialogue, collaboration, and workplace governance.
I bring expertise in employee relations, HR audits, and workplace health and safety, always with a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical practice. I believe that effective leadership is grounded in empathy, open communication, and the continuous development of people.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Work and Human
Resources from the University of Malta and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, meeting new people, travelling, and staying active through swimming. I value continuous learning and meaningful connections, and I look forward to engaging with others, sharing insights, and contributing to positive workplace practices.
Justin Grech (Adult Educator)
Justin Grech is an HR professional with an MBA in Human Resources and broad experience across people management, organisational development, and workplace learning. Since 2009, he has worked extensively in training and development, designing and delivering practical, engaging programmes in areas such as leadership, communication, customer care, public speaking, time management, and Microsoft Office applications.

Alongside his training expertise, Justin has experience across wider HR functions, including employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, policy development, disciplinary processes, and organisational support. He has also facilitated focus groups and employee satisfaction initiatives to help organisations strengthen workplace culture and employee experience.

As a lecturer and HR practitioner, Justin is passionate about creating interactive and meaningful learning experiences that bridge theory with real-world practice, helping individuals and organisations grow and succeed.
Rowena Borg Myatt (Adult Educator)
Rowena Borg Myatt is an experienced Human Resources and Administrative Professional with a strong background in leadership, management, governance, and higher education.
Rowena holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Resource Management and Development, as well as a Diploma in Leadership and Management. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the University of Roehampton, further enhancing her knowledge of leadership, organisational development, and strategic management.
Throughout her career, Rowena has gained extensive experience in human resources, employee relations, administration, executive support, and governance across various sectors.
Her professional interests include leadership development, employer branding, organisational culture, talent management, workplace effectiveness, and inclusive employment practices. Her research focused on the challenges employers face when engaging persons with disabilities and the strategies that can support greater workplace inclusion.
In addition to her professional role, Rowena delivers training and lectures in Human Resources Leadership and Skills, Employer Branding, and Teamwork and Communication. She is committed to creating engaging learning environments that encourage participation, critical thinking, and the practical application of knowledge in today's workplace.
Carit Desira (Adult Educator)
I am a hospitality and tourism professional with over 18 years of international industry experience and more than five years of teaching and training experience. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across a wide range of departments, including hotel operations, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, human resources, sales and marketing, business development, conferences and events, and senior management. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry and have shaped my passion for sharing knowledge with future professionals.
I hold a Higher Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Institute of Tourism Studies in Malta and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) from William Angliss Institute in Australia. These qualifications, together with my extensive industry background, allow me to combine academic knowledge with practical experience in my teaching.
As a Hospitality Lecturer at William Angliss Institute at SLIIT in Sri Lanka, I delivered both practical and theoretical lessons for Advanced Diploma students, developed engaging lesson plans, assessed student performance, and established a student-operated coffee shop to provide hands-on industry experience. I strongly believe that students learn best when theory is supported by practical application, and I strive to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every student can reach their full potential.
Before moving into education, I held several management positions within the hospitality industry in Malta and the United Kingdom. These roles involved leading hotel operations, managing teams, developing business strategies, improving customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, recruiting and training staff, and implementing operational improvements. Working in diverse international environments has strengthened my leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
I am currently working as a Learning Support Educator in Malta, where I continue to develop my teaching practice by supporting students with diverse learning needs and promoting an inclusive educational environment. I am passionate about helping learners build the confidence, practical skills, and professional mindset needed to succeed in the tourism and hospitality industry. My goal as an educator is to inspire students by sharing real-world experiences, encouraging critical thinking, and preparing them to become competent and confident professionals.
Glen Falzon (Adult Educator)
Glen Falzon is an academic, public policy specialist, and strategic communications professional with extensive experience in higher education and the media sector.
He serves as a lecturer at the University of Malta and the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS), where he teaches in the fields of public policy, governance, artificial intelligence, sustainability, tourism, and economic development. He also lectures at private higher education institutions, delivering modules in business development, strategic management, organisational behaviour, psychology, and human resource management.
Mr Falzon adopts an interdisciplinary and research-informed approach to teaching, integrating academic theory with contemporary practice to cultivate critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and evidence-based decision-making.
He holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Strategic Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation and Terminology Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Maltese from the University of Malta, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in European Politics, Economics and Law. His academic interests include public policy, governance, sustainability, European affairs, and the impact of emerging technologies on society and organisations.
Redeemer Gatt (Adult Educator)

Redeemer Gatt is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in clinical practice, healthcare leadership, and higher education. He currently works as a Community Palliative Care Nurse, managing complex patient caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, evidence-based, person-centred care across community settings.
Alongside his clinical role, Redeemer has extensive lecturing experience, delivering accredited programmes at MQF Levels 4–7. He has taught a broad range of healthcare modules, including Nursing Skills, Pre-Hospital Nursing Assessment, Digital Skills for Nursing, Health and Safety for Care Professionals, Phlebotomy, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership and Management, Research Methods, and other Health and Social Care subjects. His teaching combines academic rigour with real-world clinical experience, ensuring learners develop both the theoretical knowledge and practical competence required in modern healthcare.
Redeemer is also experienced in clinical mentorship, supporting nursing students and healthcare professionals throughout their clinical placements and professional development. In higher education, he has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and research projects, guiding students through research design, methodology, academic writing, critical appraisal, and evidence-based practice.
He holds a Master of Science in International Healthcare Management, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing Studies, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Clinical Education. He is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Health and Social Care Practice, with research focusing on improving assessment and clinical decision-making within community palliative care.

Throughout his career, he has specialised in employee lifecycle management, organisational performance, stakeholder engagement, and HR process improvement.
He holds an MSc in Management with Human Resource Management from the University of Chester, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in European Studies from the University of Malta, and an MQF Level 6 qualification in HR Governance, Employment Law and GDPR Compliance.
His academic interests span strategic human resource management, employee retention, European affairs, and environmental policy, having conducted research on both employee retention and the implementation of EU waste management directives in Malta
Maria Sciberras Caruana (Adult Educator)

Maria Sciberras Caruana is a Hospitality Lecturer with extensive experience in both the hospitality industry and vocational education. Before pursuing a career in teaching, she gained valuable industry experience in food and beverage operations, restaurant supervision, front office services, and hotel management training in Malta and Ireland. This practical background enables her to combine academic knowledge with real-world industry practices, creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences for her students.
Maria holds a Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Tourism Studies, a Bachelor (Honours) degree in Tourism Studies from the University of Malta, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and a Master of Education from the Institute for Education. She has also completed further qualifications in Inclusive Education, reflecting her commitment to supporting diverse learners and promoting inclusive teaching practices.
Throughout her teaching career, Maria has specialised in vocational hospitality education, delivering both theoretical and practical modules in areas including food and beverage service, front office operations, housekeeping, food preparation, and health and safety. Ruben Dimech (Adult Educator/ Learning Excellence Coach)

He holds a Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Nutrition, Family and Consumer Studies and a Master of Arts in Vocational Education and Training, specialising in hospitality, from the University of Malta. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), reflecting his continued commitment to academic excellence and leadership development.
Throughout his career, Ruben has served in a variety of educational roles, including Teaching Practice Coordinator, Visiting Lecturer, Teaching Practice Examiner, and Vocational Subject Teacher. His expertise spans vocational education and training, assessment, work-based learning, educational leadership, inclusion, technology-enhanced learning, and professional development. He has also delivered continuing professional development (CPD) training for healthcare professionals in areas such as teamwork, communication, and customer care.

Maronia Azzopardi (Adult Educator)
I am currently employed with MG Training Academy and in this role, I am mainly responsible for the daily delivery of the aviation courses that the academy offers. My current position is backed up by twenty-three years' experience within all major areas related to aviation operations. i am currently doing freelance lecturing with various institutes delivering and designing
Human Resource related modules. Through the various courses and programs, I organized and delivered, I have developed not only tuition skills but also the ability to interact with students and understand their needs in order to devise the most effective way to convey my knowledge and experience. To compliment my experience, I have undertaken various diploma studies in Management, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing and I have obtained a Master in Business Administration. As part of my dissertation, I have successfully designed and implemented new and revised existing SOPs related to all the cargo operation activities. I also attended courses related to training and development. I have met and worked with people coming from all walks of life, and this has allowed to be an effective team player and
communicator.
