Justin Grech ( Lecturer )
Justin Grech – Training & Development Professional
I have been working in Training and Development since 2009, helping individuals and teams grow through engaging and practical learning experiences. Over the years, I have delivered a variety of training programs, including Train the Trainer, Leadership, Time Management, Public Speaking, Customer Care, Sales, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, SMART Goals, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel. My focus is always on making training sessions interactive, relevant, and easy to apply in real-world situations.
Beyond traditional training, I have led company-wide workshops designed to bring teams together through fun, hands-on learning activities. I believe that people learn best when they’re engaged, so I create an environment where participants feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to build new skills. I’ve also facilitated Focus Groups and Employee Satisfaction Surveys, helping organizations gather valuable feedback to improve workplace culture and employee experience.
For me, training isn’t just about sharing information—it’s about connecting with people, sparking new ideas, and making learning something participants truly enjoy. There’s nothing better than seeing someone have that "aha" moment in a session, knowing they’re walking away with skills they can use right away. I love what I do, and I’m always looking for new ways to make training more effective, engaging, and meaningful.
